Lead generation is a critical component of
running a successful franchise. A marketing plan must contain both community
and online components, executed and monitored to deliver the required leads to
support the top line enrollment goals of the business. Lead generation should
be closely tracked and adjusted to align to ensure there is enough leads to
support the number of consultations and ultimately enrollment sales needed. Lead Generation should be done as cost
effectively as possible (minimize F1 – Cost per lead)
