Existing Tutor Doctor clients have renewal potential. Contacting the clients prior to the completion of the tutoring programs provides a captive opportunity to renew as well as further gauge satisfaction and future needs. A robust re-enrollment program is critical to your business. Additional advantages of having a re-enrollment program include:
  • It is one of the lowest costs per lead (F1)
  • It is a great gauge of family satisfaction 
  • It helps attract and retain tutors
