Account Summary

Account Summary


  1. Hover over Client Care and click on Enrollments
  2. Click on the Account Summary icon of the account you want to look at
  3. On the top right, below the search function you can see easy to access icons: 
    • Email Statement: Use to email statement to client
    • Session Reports: View session reports for this account
    • Appointments:  See appointments on the Scheduling page
    • New Enrollment: Add a new enrollment for this client
  4. Looking at the first  tab Active Account Summary. Here we can see:
    • Enrollment Hours: Purchased hours for active enrollments
    • Used Hours: Hours that have been delivered (Submitted or Approved sessions)
    • Reserved Hours: Booked/pending appointments
    • Remaining Hours: Purchased hours - (Used hours + Reserved hours)
    • Prepaid Hours: Hours that need to be delivered against the collected amount
    • Paid Hours: Hours you have collected money for, regardless of delivered hours
    • Bonus Hours: Any zero-rated hours
    • Remaining Bonus Hours: Undelivered zero-rated hours
    • Other Value: Different types of fees such as registration fee or material cost
    • Prepaid Value: Deposit/money collected for the delivered/undelivered hours
    • Enrollment Value: Value of purchased hours
    • Payments Collected: Total value of payments collected
    • Remaining Value: Enrollment value minus payments collected
  5. The second tab, Lifetime Account Summary shows the lifetime a summary of lifetime hours and value the client has purchased as well as remaining hours and value
  6. The third tab, Students, provides a list of the students with action icons
    • Detail View to see more information about the student
    • Appointments
    • Session Reports
  7. The ACTIVE ENROLLMENT section shows what enrollments are currently active
    • Contact
    • Date
    • Purchased Hours
    • Hourly Rate
    • Enrollment Value
    • Used Hours
    • Reserved Hours
    • Remaining Hours
    • Bonus Hours
    • Remaining Bonus Hours
    • Remaining ($)
    • Prepaid Hours
    • Prepaid Value ($)
    • Registration Fee
    • Expiry Date
    • Allocation
  8. The CLOSED ENROLLMENT section is where all closed enrollments will be listed
  9. The TRANSACTION SUMMARY section is where a list of all of the transactions under this account 
    • Enrollment ID
    • Transaction Date
    • Transaction Amount
    • Balance
    • Payment Type
    • Payment Method
    • Reference
  10. The HISTORY section is where you will find a list of all Tasks, Consultations, Calls, Notes and Emails associated with this account
