Approving Session Reports

Approving Session Reports

  1. Hover over Sessions, click Reports, you can find session reports in four different sections. These options are the same in both Tutor and Franchisee views so you can both keep track of the session reports in each section. 
    • Pending: List of sessions that have passed but don’t yet have session reports
    • Submitted: List of all of completed session reports not approved yet
    • Approved: List of all of the approved session reports
    • Follow-up: List of rejected session reports needed to be resubmitted and if an appointment was booked for longer than 2 hours, it will be flagged here for you to review. 
  2. Click on Submitted
  3. Review the summary of each report
  4. Click on the Action Icons according to the task you want to accomplish:
    • Pencil Icon to edit and fix any grammatical or spelling mistakes before you send this report to the client
    • Detail View Icon: If you don’t need to make any edits but want to take a deeper look
    • Approve Icon or Approve and Email icon to send the report to the client.  You can also select these options from the Edit/Pencil icon view
    • Reject Icon and include the reason
      • Click Save.  The tutor will be emailed that their session report has been rejected, why and it will move to the Follow-up section in both the Tutor and Franchisee views to be resubmitted. 
    • Cancel icon and document the reason
      • Click Save.  The tutor will be emailed that their session report has been cancelled, why and removed from the system. Ie. If a tutor accidentally submitted the report, for example, for a different client. 
  5. Click Approve & Email
