Editing an Enrollment


  1. Hover over Client Care and click on Enrollments
  2. Click on the Pencil icon next to the enrollment you want to edit, this will take you to the Enrollment Form.
  3. Make any edits required in the CONTACT INFORMATION, STUDENT INFORMATION required
  4. To add or subtract hours, scroll to the HOURS SUMMARY section, click on the up or down arrow next to the Hours box of the subject you want to update. 
  5. Enter the reason you want to Upgrade or Downgrade Hours. 
  6. Click Save
  7. The field is now editable and you can make the adjustments you require, 
  8. You can also update: 
    • Rate
    • Session Length in Minutes
    • Session Per Week
  9. You cannot edit any of the payments or expiration date.
