1. Hover over Client Care and click on Enrollments
2. Click on the Renew Enrollment Icon or click on the Account Summary icon of the account you want and click on the Shopping Cart icon under Active or Closed Enrollments.
3. The Renew Enrollment Icon takes you to the Enrollment Form. Fill it out just like the Enrollment Form.
4. Click SAVE
5. The system will recognize this enrollment as a Renewal in the Enrollment Type instead of New enrollment in the ACTIVE ENROLLMENT section as well as some of the Financial Reports.
