August 18, 2020 Release Notes

Releases:

Status Filter: Added Contact status filter on the Open Hours Invoices Report. Able to filter Active, Inactive, etc.

Report Export Feature: Added export feature for Student Summary report, and Tutor Supplier report details & data at once.

Session Type: Added online/in-person data in the Student Summary Report and Tutor Supplier Report.

Grade Upgrade: Added bulk Grade upgrade feature for student mass promotion.

Important Note: the grade will increase by one for all Students. This will not affect Adult/Post-Secondary students, nor will it affect enrollment Levels and Subjects.

Client Status: Added “Status” column in the client export (.csv file) and Client list views.

Revenue Reconciliation report change: Excluded Program Completed enrollments from Revenue Reconciliation Report.
