Roles

Permissions

Franchise Owners
 Franchise owners will have full permission of Client Delivery Models and see all of their own data. They will not have access to other franchise's data.
Administrator
 Adminstrators will have full permission of Client Delivery Models and see all of the franchisee's data. However, they will not have access to "Import Leads" into BANG. 
Admin. Level 1
 Admins will have similar permissions as Franchise owners except the following modules:
  • Franchise Reports

Education Consultant
 ECs will have access to the following modules:
  • Contacts: For those who have had a consult booked
  • Enrollments: For the consults they completed
  • My Profile: To update their own profile
  • Settings: Set their own preferences for locale and reset passwords
  • To-Dos: Any they have created or been assigned to
  • Calls: Calls they have created or been assigned to
  • Documents: Documents they have added or have been shared with them
  • Notes: Notes they have added or have been added for them


Tutors
 Tutor will have access to the following modules:
  • Job Board: Jobs casted by Franchise for General and General+Specific Jobs
  • Applied Jobs: Jobs they have applied to
  • Matched Students: Students matched to them by franchise
  • Appointments: To book appoints for matched students
  • Sessions: To submit session reports for booked appointments
  • My Attributes: They can update their subjects and attributes
  • My Time Availability: They can update their time availability
  • Tutor Supplier Report (My Hours): Summary of their monthly pay
  • My Profile: To update their own profile 
  • Settings: Set their own preferences for locale and reset passwords
  • To-Dos: Any they have created or been assigned to
  • Calls: Calls they have created or been assigned to
  • Documents: Documents they have added or have been shared with them
  • Notes: Notes they have added or have been added for them
Employees
 Employees will have access to the following modules:
  • Contacts
  • Consultation
  • Enrollments
  • Job Board
  • To-Dos
  • Calls
  • Documents
  • Notes
 **They will not have access to franchise profile, reports, executive model dashboards, school, tutor capacity and tutor sharing
