Business Implications and Technical Aspects of the Dormant Customer Report
Purpose
•Identify all customers who have not had an initial session or an additional session in 8+ days
Note
•By default, this will show all customers between 8-364 days dormant
•Use the filter button to show clients who have been dormant for greater than 365 days
•Run this report weekly to identify new clients on the list – reach out to tutors and families to gain clarity and to maintain your client care process
New Functionalities:
- Added Note Type, Email and Phone Number for the Dormant Customer Report.
- Ability to Filter By Contact Status in The Dormant Customer Report.
