Purpose

•To reconcile tutoring hours used vs hours paid for (by client account)


Notes
•Registration fees and material costs are not included in the revenue reconciliation report
•Use this report to identify prepaid liabilities for all clients (set as active by default)
•Identify clients who have been over delivered (used hours which have not been paid for)
•Assists in managing monthly cash flow
•Identify clients based on lifetime value & hours sold
•Break down lifetime value of clients based on zip/postal code
•Run this monthly to ensure all money to be collected is followed up on
