Can I Turn Off Automated BANG Emails to a Client?

You can prevent BANG email communications from being sent to your clients. Follow these steps:

1. Go to the Client Care > Clients list
2. Filter for the client who no longer needs to receive BANG emails
3. Select the Edit (pencil) icon beside the client's name
4. Scroll down to the Contact Information section
5. Select the "Don't send BANG emails" checkbox



6. Save when done
