Can the Tutor Override the Franchisee's Disabling in the Global Tutor Network?
When a franchisee opts a tutor OUT, they cannot opt themselves back in. When a tutor is opted out of GTN, they will not be able to see the Global Job Board on their BANG accounts but only be able to see the Local Job Board.
