Closing Enrollments

There are a few different ways that an enrollment will close.

Program Completed: When all hours are used and the enrollment is finished. It will automatically change the status to Program Completed and move the enrollment to the CLOSED ENROLLMENT SECTION. You can set an alert, Enrollment Renewal Hours, in Settings to be notified when the hours are running low on an enrollment. 

Cancelled: If you need to cancel an enrollment before the program hours are used you can follow the steps below. 
    1.  Hover over Client Care and click on Enrollments
    2. Click on the Cancel Enrollment Icon or click on the Account Summary icon of the account you want and click on the Cancel Enrollment Icon there. 
    3. Select a Cancel Reason that will help you observe trends over time 
    4. Update the New Hourly Rate (for used hours) if you want to up the hourly rate price based on the number of hours they used.
    5. Enter or Edit Cancellation Charge (this is auto populated from your Enrollment Settings)
    6. The form will recalculate what refund is required
    7. Click CANCEL ENROLLMENT and OK to submit form. 
    8. The Enrollment will move to the CLOSED ENROLLMENT section.
