Drivertize Campaign Guide


Your tutors and customers want to spread the word about their great experience with your business, and with Tutor Doctor's Drivertize program, you can help them!

This is a really simple program – you provide tutors and select customers with a vinyl graphic that reads "Private Tutoring" and contact information to be put on the rear window of their cars. This is an inexpensive way to advertise your business in your community – think of it as a moving lawn sign!

Those who participate in your Drivertize program will be gifted a $50 gas card (or any other amount of your choice) each month they display the signage -- in effect, your tutors and customers will be "paid to drive!" 



How to Run a Drivertize Program

Step 1: Send email 1 (template provided) to tutors and select customers introducing the program and assessing interest. We recommend that participants get a $50 gas card/month, though you can provide another incentive such as adding a bonus in pay instead. You can choose the gas card amount as per your budget. 

Step 2: Collect responses and send thank you email 2 (template provided), along with the agreement (template provided). 
Note: You may want to edit the agreement to fit in with how you are rolling out the program (e.g. bonus in pay instead of gas card).

Step 3: Set up a 'call-tracking number'. This will be a unique phone number, so you can track leads from this campaign. If you don't already have a call-tracking account, you can set one up with Call Tracking Metrics.

Step 4: Contact one of our approved suppliers and provide them with your unique call-tracking number.
