Entering Pods in BANG

Scenario 1: 1 Pod, Multiple Contacts, 1 Student Profile



Set-Up Requirements:
- 1 group student profile
- multiple secondary contacts (parents who need session reports sent to them from the Pod)
- tutor is matched with the Pod, not individual students
- tutor submits one session report which goes to all secondary contacts (make sure the "Receive Session Reports" checkbox is checked)
- 1 pay rate assigned to tutor for this pod

Advantages
- 1 session report too many families
- 1 enrollment entry
- ease of tracking and entering tutor match (pay rate)

Disadvantages
- difficult to send customized session reports for each individual student
- data is difficult to track by the student; all contacts are treated as 1 group. To build a more comprehensive history, the user needs to leave notes in the family's existing account/student profile
