February 25, 2020 Release Notes

LTS Update: system has been upgraded for long-term support and overall platform enhancement for stability, security and feature add-ons along with customization  - several major bugs affecting functionality have been fixed, such as being able to send emails with attachments.

Tutor View - Job Accepted: when a tutor is accepted for a Job in the Job Board, that same Job item automatically disappears from other tutors' view.

Student's Profile: Student's Availability, session length and sessions/week in student profile.

Urgent Casting Feature: When the URGENT EMAIL NOW checkbox is selected and the Casting Form is submitted, the New Tutoring Opportunities Email Template is triggered immediately.

Easy Job Update/Re-post Feature for Active Jobs: A new icon with a hover description “Update/Repost Job” is displayed on the Matching Dashboard. Allows users and tutor coordinators to update jobs that have been cast.

Notifications: Background Check Expired: An editable “Tutor Background Check About to Expire” email template is added to the template list. This is a new template for the Background Check Notifications Preferences setting to notify team members that a background check is expiring.

Tutor View - Secondary Contacts Details: In the Matched Students view, When clicking on the “Student Details” icon, the tutor can now see all secondary contact information, such as Secondary Contact Name, Email, Phone, and Address.
