How do I rematch an existing enrollment?
In the top menu bar, hover over Matching and click Matched Students
Find the student you would like to remove a match from and click the Remove icon

Go to Client Care > Students to find the student you just removed the match for
Click the Filter icon

Under the Quick Filter tab:
Enter the student’s name in the Name field
Then click SEARCH

You now have the option to Quick Match or Re-cast (if you allocated the enrollment hours)
