How do I rematch an existing enrollment?

  1. In the top menu bar,  hover over Matching and click Matched Students  

  2. Find the student you would like to remove a match from and click the Remove icon

  1. Go to Client Care > Students to find the student you just removed the match for

  2. Click the Filter icon

  1. Under the Quick Filter tab:

    1.  Enter the student’s name in the Name field

    2. Then click SEARCH

  1. You now have the option to Quick Match or Re-cast (if you allocated the enrollment hours)
