How to Add a Refund After an Enrollment Is Closed
A refund cannot be added in BANG after the enrollment is closed. Instead, you can add a new enrollment equal in the enrollment value as the refund. For instance, if the refund is $100, then the enrollment would have an hourly rate of $100 and total hours equal to 1. After the enrollment has been added, add an Adjustment payment equal to the amount of the enrollment value. Lastly, add a refund equal to the amount you added in the adjustment and cancel the enrollment.
Note: The Adjustment payment does not count towards your royalties.
