How to Add an Online & In-Person Rate on BANG

1. Go to the Tutors' tab > Directory > Click on the Tutor's Name > Scroll to the bottom of the page where you see "Pay Rates" > Click on "Add Pay Rate".
2. You can either select a Default or a Student's Name under the Student field. Default means your tutor will be paid the same rate regardless of the student he/she tutors whether it be for Online or In-Person sessions.
3. You can add a different pay rate for Online and/or In-Person sessions if the rate differs based on some sort of hybrid agreement. 
4. Click on "Add Pay Rate" after you've set the Rate Start Date.
