How to Find A Reserved Hour That Is Not Under Pending Reports – How to Fix It
In the Account Summary screen, there is a Reserved Hour in
the Active Account Summary.
However, when clicking on the “All Session Reports” icon under
the yellow arrow below, you will see that the reserved hour does not show in the Appointments
section but shows under Session Reports – Report Rejected.
