How to troubleshoot tutor invoice issue of email RTF
The tutor or the franchisee/staff need access to the tutor’s profile. In the tutor profile the following steps need to be taken:
1. Click on the Gear Icon.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Click on Advanced.
4. Select Month Format and Date Format as long as Month Format is MM-DD-YY (month- date- year).
Go back into My Hours and refresh the page. The Email RTF function should be corrected on the page.
