How To Update Local Online Review Links in YourFeedbackSurvey
When someone gives you a 9 or 10 in YourFeedbackSurvey they receive an email automated prompting them to leave a review on your Google or Facebook. These links are automatically set to the corporate accounts - make sure to update these to your local pages to ensure clients are leaving online reviews on your local pages.
Here's how to update your local online review links in YourFeedbackSurvey:
1. Login to YourFeedbackSurvey
2. Click on Clients > Settings > Feedback Configuration
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see something like this:
