How to Zero Out an Enrollment That Has A Remaining Balance When Closing Out
The
one way of identifying if the client owes you money or you need to write off
any money received would be through the prepaid value. See the screenshot
below!
E.g.
This client has used 2 hours and a payment of $120 needs to be collected.
When
closing out the enrollment you will see that you are unable to close out an
enrollment with a remaining balance in red. See the screenshot below!
If
you’re writing off the $120 which means you won’t be charging the client for
those two hours then you can add $120 as a discount and the remaining balance
will then become zero as you see in the screenshot below!
If you’re charging the client for those 2 used hours then you will need to add a
payment of $120 by clicking on the “+” icon.
Then
you can go ahead and click on the “x” if you want to cancel the enrollment.
