I am new franchisee, when will my minimum royalties start?
As a new franchisee, you are given a 2 month (60 days) break from the date of your training graduation. For example, if you graduate in January, you begin to submit your reports in February. All of your royalties for sales in the months of February and March are calculated at 8% of gross revenues. For the month of April, you will start to pay your minimum royalties, should your calculated royalties be less than your minimum royalties, then your minimum royalties will apply.
