1. Near Hours Completion Notification - Franchises can now set up email or bell notifications to identify which clients are running low on hours.
2. Duplicate Email Notifications - An email notification is sent when an existing lead or contact fills up a web form.
3. UX improvements to task module, auto-populate default fields as well automated filling up of fields such as start date and due date. Several design improvements.
- Changed the “Mark as complete” action icon to a checkmark.
- The tasks list now shows everything from descending order with the most overdue task on the top and everything completed is filtered out from this list.
