Speed to lead is extremely important, no matter what marketing activity you’re executing on.
If you’re not following up with your leads in a timely manner, then they are likely going to one of your competitors. Below are some recommendations to consider for your community sign lead follow ups. 

  1. Many community sign leads save the phone number by doing a quick dial. Make sure you schedule a same-day follow up and set up a consultation if possible. 

  2. Make sure you have your voicemail message set up for after hours. 

  3. With your tracking number you will have access to call notifications in your inbox. Use them to monitor recordings and ensure you do your follow ups with leads.

  4. No matter the source, always ask your potential customer how they heard about you, you can also dig lightly with a follow up question to see if they have seen you anywhere else. You will be surprised by the number of times the last source does not match their description. This is a great way to understand the real value of your marketing efforts.
