Inactivate (and Reactivate) a Tutor
Please note: We have removed on-hold and close statuses in the tutor directory as well as the team members page! The inactive status will deny a tutor's access to BANG and will be used if a tutor gets terminated or they resign.
Inactivating a Tutor
You may wish to inactivate a tutor. Please keep in mind that using this function will prevent the tutor from logging in until their account is reactivated. Follow these steps to inactivate a tutor:
- In the top menu bar, go to Tutors > Directory.
- Find the name of the tutor you want to inactivate. In the Action column, click the Inactive icon.
Reactivating a Tutor
- To access a list of inactive tutors, click the filter icon.
- Choose the Advanced Filter tab
- In the Status field, select Inactive
- Click SEARCH
- Find the name of the tutor you wish to reactivate. In the Action column, click the Activate icon.
