Royalty
Reports are automated through the Big Apple, and do not require manual
submissions. An email is sent to you on the 5th of every month with a
report on your Royalties for the previous month.
Exception Reports:
Exception
Reports exist to help franchisees with any exceptions/payments that
need to be modified in the previous month, which should be submitted by
the 10th of each month (example: a client was refunded, but the refund
was not entered in the Big Apple last month; this can be included in an
Exception Report, which will allow us to modify the Royalties charged
for that month).
Taxes (inputting through Big Apple):
As
for the Tax portion, for any franchisees entering taxes into their
enrollments, they will need to enter it through the "Coupon (Tax)"
option on the Big Apple. If you have any questions about this process,
