Account Summary: Bonus hours added to Email Statement
Email statements sent to clients did not include bonus hours that were available in the client's enrollment. Now, those bonus hours are added to the total remaining hours in the email statement that is sent to your clients giving them the full picture on hours remaining in their enrollment. Please note that this addition to the email statement has no impact on any customization you have made to this email template.
Session Reports hours format: AM vs PM
The AM/PM format was not populating correctly for some users using a specific preference selection in Locale Settings. This was fixed during the November 5, 2019 release.
Time zones have been disabled
You can no longer change your time zone. As time zones were causing a lot of issues with the likes of tutors, the Care Centre and session reports, and as this is not something you will need to change, the decision was made to disable the ability to change your time zone. Any accounts set up associated with your BANG account (ECs, tutors etc.) will have your time zone reflected in their account.
