What to do if your Instagram Business Page is still not connecting with Rallio?
Sometimes the Rallio-Instagram connection may not work. The reasons behind it are unknown but Rallio is currently working with the Facebook-Instagram team to correct the issues. Luckily, Home Office has found a work around for this issue. Since all Facebook pages are connected to our Tutor Doctor Business Manager and we have access to all Rallio accounts it is easy for us to follow the steps above with you to connect the account. All you need to do is set up a call with a member of the Marketing Team. See below how to prep for the call:
A team member will reach out and schedule a quick 10 minute call with you.
For the call please have your Instagram username and password ready to share with the Marketing Team Member plus, the cell phone or email account that is connected to the Instagram page to readily receive a security code to log in.
