  1. It frees up your time – you don’t need to download the new content and post, it’s done for you.
  2. Ensures you have a consistent flow of content on your social pages.
  3. Allows the Marketing Team to get better visibility on how certain content is performing across all locations to optimize our content strategy.

FAQs

What is Rallio?
Rallio is a social media scheduling tool. Each franchisee has their own account in Rallio where you can see the social media posts scheduled by the Marketing Team to your local social media. Franchisees can also monitor local reviews and schedule local content. Learn more about Rallio here: https://www.rallio.com/

Is there a fee for using this platform?
Not to franchisees. This service is covered by the brand fund to help post content on your local social media pages.

How often will you post?
We'll be scheduling 12-15 posts per month. You have the ability to approve posts that are scheduled in. Please note, in order for posts to go live on your social pages, you will need to approve them.

Where do I go to view and aprove posts?
Once you’re logged into Rallio, simply go to the 'Calendar'. From there you can see all the posts that have been scheduled - you will need to click on each one individually to approve them to.  This can be done from desktop or Rallio’s app on your phone.

What if I don't want to have posts go on my social pages during a particular week?
No problem! Simply deselect those posts in the Rallio platform and they won't go onto your social pages.

When will I see the posts scheduled for the following month?
You will be notified at least 1 week before posts are scheduled to start going live for the next month. Make sure to review the posts during that week.

Can I change the day/time of a particular post?
No you won't be able to alter the day/time that the post has been scheduled for.

Can I change the wording of the post?
No you won't be able to change the wording of the post. If you do not wish to have that post go on your social pages, simply unapprove it.

What time zone is used for the scheduled time of posts?
Whatever time zone is set for your account. For example, if a post is scheduled to post at 10am, it will go out at 10am in whatever time zone you are in.

What type of content will be posted?
Infographics, blog posts, videos, special day graphics – essentially everything we release to you through the newsletter/Resource Library each month. But instead of you having to download that content and post it yourself, it’s all done for you.

Can posts be localized?
Yes, when it’s appropriate, we can have posts auto-populate with your local phone number, business name, website address, etc.

Do I still need to post local content?
YES! Although all of this content will be scheduled for you, it’s really important to continue to post local content on your page. This shows your followers that you are local and a part of the community.
