Resending Surveys - What if my tutor/client would like to redo the YFS survey?
There is now a feature that allows you to resend a survey to a
client or tutor. Within the YFS Dashboard, simply either go to the
Clients or Employees screen. Select "Clients" or "Employees", and you
should see an option as shown below:
Once
you check the "Resend" box for the survey you'd like to resend, a
survey will be automated to send out. After checking this box, the new survey gets sent out up to 5 minutes later.

One important note here is that once the client/tutor fills the resent
survey, the score and details will replace what was previously on file.
For
example, if the client rated your services at 3, and after reaching out
to the client, he/she would like to re-adjust the review to a 9, the
YFS system will then replace the 3 review with the 9 review once the new
survey is filled out again.
