Matching Status Chart
The Matching Status Chart gives you a quick understanding of where your casted jobs are sitting in the matching process.
- Enrollment Statistics: How many students are enrolled but not casted
- Casted: The number of students that have been casted
- Tutors have responded: The number of casted jobs that have had responses from tutors
- Awaiting Session Scheduling: The number of casted jobs that are now matched and awaiting for the the first session to be scheduled
- Awaiting First Session: The number of matched jobs that are now booked and waiting for the first session to be completed
Aging Chart
The Aging Chart gives us an understanding how how long our matching jobs have been waiting to help you and your team keep track of all student matches and the priority levels.
- 0-3 Days (Total): The total number of casted jobs that are 0-3 days old
- Priority 1: The number of casted jobs that are priority level 1
- Priority 2: The number of casted jobs that are priority level 2
- Priority 3: The number of casted jobs that are priority level 3
- 4-7 days (Total): The total number of casted jobs that are 4-7 days old
- Priority 1: The number of casted jobs that are priority level 1
- Priority 2: The number of casted jobs that are priority level 2
- Priority 3: The number of casted jobs that are priority level 3
- 8+ days (Total): The total number of casted jobs that are 8+ days old
- Priority 1: The number of casted jobs that are priority level 1
- Priority 2: The number of casted jobs that are priority level 2
- Priority 3: The number of casted jobs that are priority level 3
