Using Quick Match

The Quick Match functionality will be available for you to use as soon as you enter an enrollment for the client. It is currently the only way to match a student with non-allocated hours in their enrollment. Quick Match can also be selected for an allocated enrollment without losing any of the functionalities that allocated enrollments allow for.
  1. You can access Quick Match in several different ways:
    1. Client Care > Clients > Student Profile Detail (find the student you want to match) > Quick Match
    2. Client Care > Students (find the student you want to match) > Quick Match
  2. The Student field drop-down menu should be pre-populated
  3. Select the following details:
    1. Subject Category
    2. Subject
    3. Level
  4. In the Enrollment field, verify the Enrollment Number 
  5. In the Tutor field, select the tutor that you would like to match with your student
  6. Click SAVE
