Using the Advanced Global Search

Using the Advanced Global Search

Advanced Global Search can be used to narrow down which modules you would like to search the contents of. For example, you may be searching specifically for a lead, so you would only want to search the Leads module.
  1. To access the Global Search, click the magnifying glass icon in the top right-hand corner
  2. A text box will appear:
    1. Type in the name of the lead you are looking for
    2. Click the magnifying glass icon again to complete the search
  3. You will see a list of all results that are associated with that name. To narrow your search, click Advanced.
    1. Below the Search bar, a table will appear with two columns: Enabled Modules and Disabled Modules
  4. Drag and drop any modules that you DO want to search into the Enabled Modules column. Drag and drop any modules that you DO NOT want to search into the Disabled Modules column.
  5. Click SEARCH. You should now only see results from Enabled Modules.
