- Hover over Client Care and click on Enrollments
- Click on the Account Summary icon of the account you want
- Scroll down to TRANSACTION SUMMARY and click on the Void Transaction Icon
- Document the reason to void the payment
- Click Save.
- The TRANSACTION SUMMARY will now show a voided transaction.
Note: You can only void a payment if it’s in the same month. If you entered it last month, you can no longer void it but you can refund it.
