Voiding a Payment

Voiding a Payment


  1. Hover over Client Care and click on Enrollments
  2. Click on the Account Summary icon of the account you want 
  3. Scroll down to TRANSACTION SUMMARY and click on the Void Transaction Icon
  4. Document the reason to void the payment 
  5. Click Save.
  6. The TRANSACTION SUMMARY will now show a voided transaction.
Note: You can only void a payment if it’s in the same month. If you entered it last month, you can no longer void it but you can refund it.
