What is the Tutor Turnover Benchmark

What is the Tutor Turnover Benchmark

Benchmark: 33%

Based on research into the average attrition rate of Tutor Doctor franchises, the Tutor Turnover benchmark is 33% or 1/3 of your tutor roster in one year. That may seem high, but it is actually a relatively low attrition rate. The North American big box store, Best Buy, expects 100% staff turnover in one year!
