Do we lose any functionality in BANG if we do not use the “Book a Consult” step or the "Add Consult Report” step as we move a lead to client?
You do not lose any specific functionality in the system if you do not book a consultation and/or fill out a consultation report. However, not inputting a consultation into the system will affect the accuracy of your F2 and F3 reporting.
