5.1 Tutor Doctor SOP Session Delivery

Purpose: 

Ensure sessions are being delivered successfully and tracking to goals.

Overview:

Our clients expect to have results from the tutoring which they have purchased. In the consultation, specific goals have been identified in the student’s academic and learning areas, and a program (number of tutoring hours) purchased to address these gaps. The client will receive session reports to inform the family what happened after each tutoring session is completed. It is critical these session reports are completed in a timely manner and include relevant information to keep the client up to date of tutoring success. In addition, review of session reports may identify opportunities to renew and/or upgrade tutor hours to accommodate additional tutoring requirements a student may have. And finally, as session reports are a key benefit and value add in the Tutor Doctor offering, ensuring these are completed well is essential to meeting client expectations.           

Responsibility Overview:

  • Tutors – responsible for understanding client’s goals and aligning tutoring sessions and reporting accordingly

  • Tutor R&R - Tutor Recruitment and Retention Specialist– ensure Tutors are onboarded and understand session requirements, review of session reports for consistency

  • Client Care Specialists – familiar with client goals
