What do I do if my team member cannot log in to BANG?

  1. Confirm with your team member which valid email address they would like to use in the system

  2. In the top menu bar, go to Activities > Team Members

  3. Click the filter icon

  1. Under the Quick Filter tab in the Name field:

    1. Enter your team member’s name

    2. Click SEARCH

  1. When you find the team member you are looking for, click the Edit (pencil) icon

  1. Scroll down to the CONTACT INFORMATION section and update the team member’s email in the Email field

  1. Scroll down to the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION section:

    1. Make note of your team member’s User Name

    2. Change the team member’s Password and Confirm Password

    3. Click SAVE 

  1. Send your team member their new log in details. If you haven't opted out of the 'Password Reset' email template, this will automatically the new login information to the tutor/team member.
