Purpose: 

To understand and use the YourFeedbackSurvey tool within a Tutor Doctor Franchise.

Overview:                                                                        

The Net Promoter Score (NPS) system “YourFeedbackSurvey” will optimize our online brand reputation by measuring the level of client and tutor satisfaction. This will help us deliver  outstanding client experience. Additionally, it will equip us to recruit the right tutors who can deliver the best brand experience. The system is mobile-ready and is integrated with external review sites such as Facebook, Trustpilot, Thumbtack, Glassdoor and Indeed. This will allow your happy tutor and client to post their feedback on these sites.

Responsibility Overview:

  • CCS – Client Care Specialists – review and respond to survey feedback

  • Office Mgr. /Supervisor – Track NPS score and oversight of client concerns/issues, training of staff to handle
