How to Move Credit from One Enrollment to Another Enrollment as Well as Knowing How to Combine Enrollments

The first thing you will need to do is identify what the prepaid value is that you will need to move to another enrollment. E.g. In the screenshot below enrollment #386399 has a prepaid value of $60 which has one hour remaining in that enrollment.

If you wanted to move the $60 prepaid value to enrollment #392801 you will need to click on the “x” icon to cancel the enrollment > enter a refund of $60 and cancel out the enrollment.

You will then need to upgrade enrollment #392081 by clicking on the pencil icon > clicking on the upgrade arrow > enter an upgrade reason > enter 6 as the hours in the open text field as the enrollment was originally set up for 5 hours > save the enrollment.

After you save the enrollment make sure you add a payment of $60 in enrollment #392801 which is the one you just upgraded. The reason why you need to do this is because when I closed out enrollment #386399 I added a refund of $60 and now adding a payment of $60 in enrollment #392801 will not affect your royalties but just simply move credit from one enrollment to another.
