How to Resolve Duplicate Email/Phone Number Issue

If you receive an error stating that an email or phone number is a duplicate, it indicates that there is another lead or client in the system with the same information.

To address this, locate the "hide lead" icon near the actions column in your List of Leads. Simply click on this icon, and the respective lead will be hidden from your list. As a result, you can then save the profile for that individual that you wish to keep in BANG without encountering any errors related to duplicate email or phone numbers.
